Fanta is a proud Detroiter who has resided in Flint since 2014. She is a wife to a supportive husband and mother to two amazing girls. Fanta knew Social Work was her calling at a very young age because she is passionate about the intersection of faith and mental health. In her free time, she loves to drink coffee and watch YouTube videos.
She holds a certification in School Social Work, a specialization in Intergrated Health and African-Centered Social Work. She has experience in the school, community mental health (cmh), and hospice settings.
