Referral Process
Insurance
We are in network with most insurance plans including:
- Auto Insurance Claims
- Blue Care Network (BCN)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Traditional
- Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VACCN-Optum)
Please Note: We do not accept Medicare at this time.
When referring a client for services, please submit the client referral form below. Check our payment options to make sure we accept your insurance. We do have private pay options for those who do not have insurance. Any supporting documentation should be attached and submitted with your referral. If there is documentation that needs to be submitted later, please fax it to (734) 557-3995.
Once you submit the referral form, you should be directed to a page that states “Thank You! Your Submission Has Been Received.” If someone from WBC Counseling has not made contact within 48 business hours of submitting the referral form, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our office at (734) 995-6755 to ensure that the referral was received.
